The episode begins with Mamta visiting Tejas and Roshni’s showroom. She expresses her concern, saying she feels responsible for the disturbance in their business and requests them to keep the air conditioner she gifted as a token. Roshni politely asks Mamta to wait and returns with the AC’s refund amount. Despite Mamta’s reluctance, Roshni insists she take the money. Mamta finally accepts but leaves after criticizing Sachin, calling him uncivilized and blaming him for always overreacting.
Later, Roshni vents to Tejas about how Sachin deliberately caused their first sale to be returned. Tejas, surprised, asks how she arranged the refund. Roshni reveals she mortgaged her jewellery, believing this sacrifice was necessary to uphold their reputation. She assures Tejas that success will eventually follow their hard work.
Back home, tension erupts as Renuka scolds Sachin for disrespecting Mamta. Tejas claims he’s never been so humiliated. Sachin reminds him of the days when he had no work and slept in parks no one felt humiliated then. Roshni blames Sachin for returning Mamta’s gift, saying it damaged their business’s image. Sayali defends Sachin, stating such issues are part of business, and Paresh agrees.
But Roshni snaps back, saying Sayali’s small flower shop can’t be compared to their lakhs-worth showroom. Sachin supports Sayali, reminding everyone that her business helped them buy a car. He tells Tejas to work harder to move the business ahead. Tejas fires back, saying Sachin’s treatment of Mamta could hurt future deals. Even Riya joins in, scolding Sachin for disrespecting her mother.
Renuka, furious, questions why Sachin rejected the AC. Sayali reminds everyone that Mamta had once planned to send an AC on Diwali, which Paresh had also declined. Renuka accuses Sayali of instigating Sachin, which he denies.
When asked how they refunded the AC, Tejas says Roshni mortgaged her jewellery. Renuka is stunned. Sachin, frustrated, compares this to when Sayali’s mangalsutra was stolen and no one cared. Renuka insults Sayali again, but Paresh defends both his daughters-in-law equally.
Roshni justifies her actions, saying it was about dignity. Renuka continues to complain that Sachin has never respected her. Paresh tells Sachin that while his intention wasn’t wrong, his method was. Sachin argues they could’ve gifted the AC themselves if someone had just asked. Renuka mocks them, questioning how they’d afford it through flower-selling. Sayali proudly responds that they can manage household needs just fine.
Paresh ends the argument, saying Sachin’s actions, though well-intentioned, hurt the family’s image. Later, in their room, Aakash tells Riya he disagrees with Sachin’s approach but also believes Mamta’s public gifting wasn’t right either. They share a heartfelt hug.
Meanwhile, Sayali advises Sachin to act wisely, praising his intentions but pointing out how Roshni played her emotional card cleverly. Sachin laughs and touches Sayali’s hand playfully, appreciating her wit. Sayali reminds him gently to use his smart brain more often in family matters.
