The todays episode of Megha Barsenge opens with Megha opening a gift box. She smiles and says Arjun knows what Mannu likes. Then she becomes serious and tells Arjun they need to leave the place it’s already been eight years.
Meanwhile, Mannu and Golu start an arm-wrestling match. Manoj watches them and asks who is winning. Alka replies confidently that Mannu will win. Mannu defeats Golu, and Manoj gets happy. He praises Mannu, and they celebrate by cutting a cake. Mannu feeds cake to both Manoj and Alka.

Later, Mannu plays with his friends. Golu tells Mannu he lost the match on purpose because Manoj was there. He warns Mannu not to act like a hero. Golu then challenges him to a “susu” game. Mannu recalls how Megha told him never to remove his pants. When the boys remove theirs, Mannu feels different and runs away.
Mannu starts questioning everything. He wonders why Megha and Alka lied to him. Hoping Arjun will come to him, Mannu runs toward a cliff. Megha sees him and chases him. She saves him just in time. Mannu calls Megha a liar and says he is not like other boys.

Megha finally tells him the truth. She reveals that Mannu is a girl, not a boy. She shows him flower-made jewels and says he used to love them. Megha puts them on him and says he looks beautiful. But Mannu becomes angry. He removes the flowers and shouts that he is a boy and doesn’t want to be a girl.

He tells Megha that girls are weak and Manoj doesn’t like girl children. He wipes his tears and says he can’t cry like a girl. Megha says she loves him, but Mannu pushes her and runs away. Alka sees him and asks what happened. He says everyone lied to him.
Alka talks to Megha, who says she couldn’t hide the truth anymore. Later, Alka tells Mannu to follow Manoj and win his heart. Megha asks Alka where Mannu is, as she’s afraid he might choose the wrong path.
